David did a great job to a very high standard. He replaced rotten joists and floorboards and old plasterboard, which he skimmed. He also installed air bricks for ventilation. David explained everything really well and ensured the problems were fixed and the job was done properly. Bathroom was completed. I CANNOT recommend hiring John and his team enough. We had no real idea of what we were getting ourselves in for with our little 'project' when we moved in but John's experience and patience meant everything ran smoothly and the end result was so much better than anything I could have imagined. He had the vision from the start and could see what no one else could and that is what his team created on exactly the time and budget they promised. This trademan is good. Hired for stripping of old textured wall paper, reskimming, repainting of of living room and small repair to skirting boards. 1) Good technical job of plastering, painting and skirting. 2) Very tidy and considerate worker. 3) Nice and friendly to have around the house over several days. 4) Works hard.
