Amazing, cant recommend Alan highly enough. We moved into a house that needed a complete renovation and we were at a loss of what to do. We were fortunate to find Alan and he made us feel that we can turn a nightmare into our dream home. Alan has a very creative mind and gives you options of what you can do for each room. I have skylights, something I never thought I could get on our tight budget. The job was initially for repairing a rotten lintel, but after showing Alan the rest of the house and having a chat about the issues we have with the house and what we hoped we could achieve Alan talked about options and what we could actually achieve with our budget. Alan will stick to your budget and keep you updated if there's any issues or changes that could impact this. Alan has made our house a home. His work is impeccable. We are getting Alan back for stage 2 of our renovation. After contacting a number of builders with a view to putting in some new steps acceptable to Planning restrictions, Martin was the only one who actually turned up and was enthusiastic about doing it. He was very professional and explained what he would be doing and I found him easy to talk with . He did the job over two days and it looks great. He told me he had spoken with Planning and had followed their guidelines so I am not expecting any problem.
