I hired Leonard Property Ltd to do some fire safety works to my HMO (as required by the Council), to include extra fire doors, safety panels, fire proofing of meter cupboard etc. They carried out the work swiftly, diligently and to a high standard and at a competitive price. They are a professional team with and good responsive communication verbally, on email, text with a great knowledge of the HMO sector (Richard having written a book on the subject). Chris hung a number of prefabricated doors and door frames that needed adjusting. He promptly provided us with a detailed quote and his availability. He did a job on a Saturday which was great as we really need this job to be done as soon as possible. The job was completed quickly, the adjustment to the doors are practically not noticeable and the doors and frames look great. Chris and his helper were very helpful and did a great job for us. Will definitely us Chris's services again.
