Lovely lads, turned up on time and the quality of woodwork was decent. Unfortunately they fitted all the handles incorrectly and didn't fit the grub screws which they took with them and now all my handles keep falling off and i'm struggling to find replacement replacement grub screws as they are a unique shape and Lusso have suggested i repurchase all the handles (which come with grub screws). Tried calling Ben and left messages but had no response in over a week. Not great really.

We're so happy with the outcome of our flooring. The whole job gets 10/10 from us - Service, Finish, Attention to detail... Craig went above and beyond to help get the right outcome. I was worried that by switching from carpet to flooring we were going to have to bead the skirting boards, but Craigs attention to detail to get the right finish meant he cut the skirting to get the right finish - I know a lot of others wouldn't have gone to this level of detail because it takes a lot of extra work. The room has a completely different feel now and we are going to be using Chase Construction to replace all the carpets for wooden flooring throughout the rest of the house.
