We had 10 interested parties for this project and Axe were by far the most professional, communicative, and timely of all. Eduard turned up on time, in uniform, and had the plans we provided printed out and ready for discussion - something none of the others did. Axe’s quote was detailed and itemised. For comparison, Axe’s quote was not the cheapest of the quotes we received but Eduard’s professionalism and transparency is what sold it to us. We were also given the opportunity to visit recently completed projects, which we did without Axe present, all with good reviews. The project itself went very smoothly. We worked closely on problems encounter during the works, and everything was done to a high standard. There were changes needed during the works and Axe were accommodating of these. Additionally, we lived in the property during most of the works and Axe were accommodating of this as well. There were one or two small issues a week or so after the end of the project and Axe returned promptly to resolve these. Axe clearly have high standards and are very reluctant to compromise those standards, which is great. We intend to use Axe for future work and are currently waiting on a quote for the next phase of our project.

We are really pleased with the work that Abbas’s team carried out to refurbish our outbuilding into a lovely office space. Every person in the team was polite, professional, hardworking and clearly took pride in the quality of their work which included a new roof with skylights, new wooden flooring, lighting and paintwork. Abbas also arranged for a cleaner to make everything spotless after the refurbishment was completed. We will be using Abbas and his team again.

Could not recommend Wayne and his team enough. The most professional, helpful and polite builder we have ever dealt with. Extremely efficient from start to finish - such as providing an accurate quote (with measurements) in less than 6 hours of viewing the job, consistently updating the quote daily to any changes or extras along the way and emailing it to keep us informed, instantly responsive when we called/messaged and the list goes on. The job included resurfacing the roof to improve dampness and leaks, removing existing boiler system and replacing with a combination boiler, building a partition wall and suspended ceilings, raising the floor in certain areas and general refurbishment of entire salon, staff room and toilet. Wayne has separate teams for specific jobs e.g. painters, plasterers, roofers etc.. which are all experts in their field and all work exceptionally hard to get the job completed to a high quality and within the time frame given (also very tidy). Everything ran smoothly during the entire job thanks to Wayne's organisation of his team and his knowledge and expertise on every area of the job. We expressed to Wayne that we would like to keep the salon open for business as much as we could during the construction and it definitely was not a problem at all. Wayne and his team were flexible in meeting our requirements and would even work Sundays and bank holidays to get the job finished and minimise salon closure. Overall we have found a builder for life!!!
