Richard exceeded my expectations at every turn, and I couldn't be happier with the kitchen he has installed for me. My kitchen wasn't a simple job as it was in a very poor state of repair having not been decorated since the 1950's. Richard was able to do very technical work such as opening up the chimney and installing a new lintel so a range oven could be fitted, and then all aspects of the kitchen fitting such as plastering walls, installing new kitchen units and tiling. This was great as it got the whole job done with one person. In my view Richard went above and beyond to get the job done exactly how i wanted it. They organised all the input from other guys like electrician & plasterer etc. They made lots of useful suggestions to help with problem solving. They came back promptly to sort all the small issues that are usual at the end of a job like this. I stayed within budget & the end result is fantastic. Have to add that they are great crack as well. - Get in touchWorks not completed and Jack gone AWOL. Building control cannot reach him so won't certify..We have had to hire a new builder - who is finding defects and shoddy work everywhere. Unfortunately Jack went missing and has ignored all calls, emails, whatsapps and attempts at communication over the course of many weeks. Our building control needed responses from him to certify works - unfortunately works cannot now be certified and may need to be torn up. This was a long and complex project, we are disappointed he hasn't seen it through.Unfortunately out of goodwill we paid invoices prior to final completion. Lesson learned I suppose. Get in touchI hired Father and Son tean Alan and Ryan and their trades team to help renovate (re plaster, repaint, new bathroom joinery, kitchen tiling, floor tiling and leveling) 3 houses is Headingley. The whole team was very friendly and keep to help. Communication was good throughout, always on hand to help and they had no problem adjusting the work requirements as the job went on (mainly adding requests).
