Vik and Alex worked efficiently, kept everything as tidy as possible, and did a great job minimising dust in the house. Highly recommended!

Rear extension, newly fitted kitchen with new flat roof and 2 roof lanterns. Paul has worked hard from day 1. He supplied us with a quote and gave an accurate start date. Once the work began, Paul was frequently updating us and keeping us in the loop of what was going on. As the work has been progressing, we have made some alterations which we have went through with Paul and he has ensured everything has been done smoothly, often staying behind himself to ensure work is completed ahead of schedule. Paul’s team have all been respectful of our home, yet have worked hard to get the job done and finished to a high standard. Overall we have been extremely happy with the process and would recommend Paul to friends, family and anyone thinking of having work done on their homes.

Many thanks to Dean and his team. They were all very polite, trustworthy and tidy. The best part about this family business is that they can have many talents. My bathroom was stripped, boarded, plastered, tiled, and my new suite went in. Pipework was moved my door was hung from the other side of the frame, you name it they can do it! Tiled to perfection, paid attention to detail and thoroughly an excellent job. Have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They are brothers with a superb working relationship. Thanks Guardian Property I’ll be back for more..!
