They turned a drab kitchen space into a bedroom, two bedrooms and a hallway into an amazing kitchen, dining and bar entertaining space. Adding a much needed function and flow to our home. Blain and his team are all very professional, clean and tidy workers (despite the walls being removed). Blain has good knowledge of building regulations and planning. The team kept me informed of any hitches or unexpected issues ie our existing electrics, unsafe wiring, updated it for a reasonable additional cost. Blain was excellent at keeping on budget and informing me of purchasing options to allow me to choose materials / doors and finishes to keep within or without my budget. Blain and the team kept me in the loop, with design choices, time lines and what's next.
