He and all the team are a great bunch and most importantly grafters. Blain did a super job organising absolutely everything and spelling out for me what would be happening every day of the project. He organised every aspect/trade for the job which took out a lot of the stress. He sourced top quality professionals for every aspect of the build and said ‘ tell me what you want and I’ll make it happen’ and indeed he did. When I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, he was able to suggest just the right thing.
