Get in touchWe had Colin and his team in for a refurbishment on a small victorian terrace house, most of which was dealing with extensive damp issues and dry rot, but also included some additional extras such as opening up an old hearth. Colin made sure to keep us informed about progress and unexpected issues, and took time to explain each task in detail and the associated costs, which was very much appreciated. The old house threw up some surprises along the way due to previous poor quality renovations, but nothing was too much trouble for Colin and his team, and their can-do attitude made us feel we were in safe hands. The quality of the work is fantastic, everything was left clean and tidy and we are very happy with our new home. I wouldn't hesitate to hire again in future - highly recommended!! Took slightly longer than we had hoped but was worth the wait for our open plan sunroom/kitchen/dining room. Aidan also provided the architect who was very good too.
