Carl coordinated all of the different people who needed to come in (joiner, plumber, plasterer, painter, etc., etc.) brilliantly such that the vast majority of the work was done within only 10 days. He has a team of very high quality tradespeople, and they each did an excellent job and were respectful of our home, making sure to clean up after themselves. Carl was always in good communication with us, keeping us up-to-date with the project status and plans. There were a couple of issues that arose, but we communicated these to Carl who took care of everything and made sure that they were resolved, which we very much appreciated. He came in with a competitive price and he gave us a positive feeling that he would be able to complete the job on time and to the required standard. Phil and his small team started the job when promised and completed the work within the time they said. All the work done was to a very high standard and they left the job each day clearing up after them selves. Garry contacted us the day the job was posted and came round to quote within 48 hours. We are so happy with the work done by both Garry and Rob, which was done in the timeframe agreed - they even split the job in two stages for us (which we were sure was inconvenient for them) because we had to get some plumbing work done in between. As the job progressed there was a little bit of extra plastering which was not within the original spec but Garry happily did this for us at a nominal additional cost. Great work, done as quoted and really lovely chaps too; a pleasure to have them here helping us so much so that we've already booked them for the new year to do our outside rendering. Get in touchI can recommend Ricky for any traditional lime pointing. He repointed the back and front of my terraced stone house and I couldn't be more pleased. He knows what he is doing regarding mixing lime mortar and how it behaves and sets. It is a skill I believe that only a few in North Wales now possess. It's a longer process than with concrete but well worth the extra time. I am confident that my house can now 'breathe' in the way it's meant to, that prevents penetrating damp and condensation gathering on the inside.
