I’m so pleased with my new bathroom and en-suite. I had only had the bathroom refurbished a year beforehand by a different company, and it was such a bad job I had to redo it again, so I was understandably anxious. Dimitri was amazing, so easy to get along with. I have a small flat and they managed to keep the mess to a minimum. The finish is outstanding. Stephen was fantastic, he removed a chimney stack, repaired some render and knocked down an internal wall. He was polite, helpful and even tidied up at the end of everyday. He ensures everything is done to a very high standard. He quotes accurately and his costs are reasonable. The breaking down and finishing of the wall between our kitchen and dining room makes our home looks great! He has good suggestions which we did not think about and which enhances the effect. What can I say. This man understands customers and all aspects of building work. Has completed two phases of work to a really high standard. This included fitting a new kitchen and bathroom, plastering and plenty of carpentry. Steve is clear on pricing and gives customers a plan. Any additional work and costing are agreed before he proceeds. Steve offers vision and ideas and helps you understand where you might be making a poor decision. Hes punctual and reliable.
