He was realistic about what could be achieved and gave us a competitive quote. We are very pleased with the work which was completed so quickly. Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Alex and his team are truly hidden gems. I honestly can't say enough good things about them! He visited us 3-4 times to investigate our issues, taking time to explain his thoughts and possible solutions while teaching us all about the fundamentals of maintaining an old house. His quote was reasonable and he understood the limitations we had in terms of budget, time and listed status, and crucially it didn't change - even in the face of material shortages and price hikes. The work was completed to really high standard with minimal disruption, and I'm so impressed with how the team left the site. There aren't many who would ask for a hoover to finish clearing up a job at 6pm on a Saturday! I'm looking forwards to working with ADR in the future; I won't be trust anyone else with our wonky old house again!
