I have refurbished the bathroom first which Livio team undertook all of the works including electricity; plumbing, tiling and general make good. When works were finished in the bathroom I also asked them to do some works in my loft room. All the works were caried out to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the outcome and I shall call for their services for other works around the house in the near future .i would highly recommend them.

Incredibly well informed, confident and forthright in her expertise, Sibylle was able to provide a very welcome point of view on the condition of a property I was looking to buy and the work that was required. George, the manager of DRG Property Engineers, was very knowledgeable, smart, competent, efficent, reliable and honest, I cannot recommend him enough! George stepped into my works and sorted out numerous issues that my former builder had failed to complete including: - redoing a walk-in shower base and walls, installing a membrane to ensure that it was waterproof and thereafter tiling the base and walls; - treating the bedroom wall on the other side of the shower for mold, changing the skirting board and replastering the wall; rectifying a partition wall and window fitting such that the window could close; - preparing walls and ceilings for painting and thereafter painting and finishing off the walls; - installing shelves and finishing off the walls such that all looked perfect; - sanding and treating/varnishing a wooden bathroom worktop to avoid water marks and stains. I cannot recommend George enough and you will definitely not go wrong in having him do your works!

The best out there! Ervis and his team have done a fantastic job refurbishing our home to a very high standard. They have fitted a wall bed with built in cupboards, living room shelving, replaced and painted our back fence, fitted brand new plug sockets throughout, completed brickwork and repaired a dry wall that had been damaged by water as well as a few other bits and pieces. We were so impressed by their professional "can do" attitude. They stuck to the original quote which was by far better than any of the others we had. Would highly recommend and will definitely be calling them again for any other work we may need done.
