Since the first day we met him, we had a good feel about what kind of a person he was. We couldn’t have chosen a better man to have carried out our refurbishment of our house. Dan went above and beyond to close out the work. He was very supportive throughout and gave us some great advice on what to buy and where to get materials at a reasonable price, thus reducing our overall cost. From the outset, we were clear on the overall cost, scope of works and when payment was due. The whole process went really well. Dan was took delivery of items and recollections of defective goods. We left the key to our property with Dan throughout and he took full charge and control of the works dealing with the re-installation of the : gas, water and electricity - total refurbishment of the entire house. I would thoroughly recommend Dan to anyone- it’s been an absolute pleasure to know him. Thank you for the great work Dan!!!

We had three quotes for our en-suite to be made to about a 1/4 of its original size. Ashley came out the cheapest, but that wasn’t the reason why we chose him, he had his own ideas and suggestions, for a job that I was struggling a bit to visualise. He was straight into it with quotes, and links to all the shower room items to go in there. He just gave me a comfortable feeling, and was able to do all the work himself, so not multiple tradesmen to coordinate. He finished the work within a week, and we are very happy with it. The quote had no hidden extras, he worked quickly and efficiently, and cleared away each day, which made a huge difference. At M.T Building & Carpentry we hand selected a team of trusted trades over many years for bigger projects being able to provide fully certified electricians, gas safe plumbers, carpet fitters, tilers, plasterers for any bigger projects.
Matt and Darren did a brilliant job on my house. It was a big job with a few problems (with the house) along the way but they were able to offer advice and some good solutions. They were reliable and completed the work in the agreed time. The work was finished to a high standard and I hope they will come back next year to do some more work for me. Trevor was brave enough to remove a large chimney breast from my kitchen and did an amazing job! He was fully aware of all regulations, and had the contacts to be able to complete in a timely manner. I fully trusted him in the house when I was at work, and he cleaned up after himself at the end of every day. I cannot fault his work ethic or his professionalism. He kept me informed of progress throughout, and even fixed the latch on my gate!!
