AVOID!!! Do not use this ‘builder’ Started off with his public liability insurance being 5 months out of date. Questioned this and he said he ‘didn’t realise’ and then renewed it Used all of my partners things, even though we had things covered over and folded away. If things are under a cover they are there for a reason! Mixed plaster up in one of our buckets! Continuous promises were made for things and then weren’t carried out. I understand jobs sometimes don’t go to plan but 2 jobs were supposed to take 2 weeks. A MONTH later neither jobs are complete! Absolutely ZERO communication about whether he was going to turn up or not! Left our house an absolute mess. Clearly has absolutely no respect for our property at all other wise there wouldn’t be chunks out of door frames and walls, our clothes rail wouldn’t be smashed in pieces and you wouldn’t be throwing bricks out of a top floor window when there is a car directly under neath on the drive! Oh and it’s funny that he hasn’t turned up all week, but because of the stress he’s put us through over the last month we made the decision to tell him not to return last night. No response to the message. But turned up today to collect a few things he left at the house! Funny that you haven’t turned up all week to do the work but will turn up straight after we’ve told you not to come back! It’s a relief knowing that he’s not coming back to our house that we have worked hard to buy as young first time buyers!

Extremely happy with what he has done and it all looks amazing. Really friendly and approachable with answering questions and had a good laugh with him.
