We employed A.V Structures for the building of an external wall around our property, the removal of a garage and the installation of railings and gates. Throughout the 4 week programme we could not have been happier with their work. Arrival was prompt, their pace of work displayed energy and purpose. They were mindful of us and our neighbours and made sure the area was left clean and tidy at the end of each days work.in addition the workmen were courteous and kept us fully informed. Alex, the owner of the company, kept in close contact with us to assure himself of our satisfaction. He came on site at intervals to check that all was going according to plan. We therefore felt completely confident that quality and outcomes were important to him. Employing A.V Structures was a decision we were pleased to have made. We would use them again without hesitation and recommend them highly to anyone considering similar work.

I cannot recommend John from Pacho Create Ltd highly enough. I'm a very particular client with high standards, I was impressed by his care, patience, and professionalism throughout. He clearly takes pride in delivering quality work and paid close attention to every detail. Living in a small flat, I was concerned about dust, but John proactively created a solution to minimise disruption, which I really appreciated. He also gave excellent advice on budget-friendly waterproofing products. We had a challenge with large-format tiles, but John worked closely with me to plan the layout, ensuring a natural, balanced finish. The workmanship is outstanding – minimal wastage, precise alignment, and superb attention to detail. Once I received the quotation we spoke about a convenient date for the work to begin leaving me with enough time to source the materials required for the shower room. Robbie was able to provide advice on the type of fittings and shower enclosure that would be best suited to space. Once work began we were kept informed of the progress from start to finish asking for my feedback about positioning the accessories. While on-site the work area was kept clean and tidy throughout, treating my home with respect at all times. The quality of the final finish was perfect.

At the outset, Harry and his partner are good people. However, the job was not completed to a professional standard. Grout has started coming off from between the tiles leaving gaps that water can pass through, the door hinge was not properly fitted leaving a door that will not close, the radiator pipe clips were not fitted, tile trims are not flush with rest of the wall, shelves were fitted on top of old broken wood. And the worst part is that Harry did not turn up even after confirming a date to come back and fix the missing parts. I paid him extra for all the additional jobs, even though certain items from the contract were not done ( for e.g. replacing the bathtub panel ). They have multiple jobs ongoing at the same time and struggles to stick to schedule. If you get them I would advise not paying everything upfront and making sure contract is signed only after it is made sure that they would stick to schedule. I struggled to get them to commit to a date and stick to it.
