We had a large piece of work done by Johan and his team. It was a 4m single storey rear extension with new kitchen installation, converting the old kitchen into a downstairs bathroom and utility room, plus other bits and bobs like new boiler, rear patio. We got quotes from a few builders, Home Renovations weren't the cheapest, they were actually towards the higher end. But we went and saw their previous work and spoke to some of their other clients. The work was done to a high quality and the clients seemed to be happy so we decided to go with them. Johan's team are very hard working, professional and polite. Pawel and his team of builders, bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, etc. would turn up before 8am and finish at 6pm working solidly throughout the day. There is Magda as the project manager who keeps you in the loop, and answers any of your questions (which we had many). There is Michaela on the finance side who keeps you up to date with the budget. Our budget went over by 5% with "variations" (extra work or materials) but it was always communicated why and the work wasn't done without our approval. Pawel would give his recommendations but the final word would always be ours. But these things can add up. Overall we were very happy with the build, it was done to a very high standard. They also finished it before time. They said it would take 12 weeks in fact they finished it in 10 weeks which was amazing as you would normally expect these things to go over.

Completely wasted my time. I definitely would not opt to hire them. They said that they were interested in my job and came over to have a look at the job, they sounded professional and said they could start the next day and we agreed 9am. The next day it got to 9am and they had messages to say they were running late because of the traffic. It got to 9.40am and I did not get any more updates, I then messaged and asked how far they were, they responded “Hi sorry we have to re arrange, Daniels had to go and pickup his child as she is sick, apologies for the inconvenience we can start tomorrow if that suits you” I then explained to them that this wasn’t a very good start and they proceeded to tell me that family does come first and they will understand if I do not go ahead with them!!! For some reason I did not believe they had family issues and maybe had secured another job that pays more. I moved all my furniture and protected the floor only for them to tell me they will not be there!!

I had a very positive experience working with Konstantinos. He is personable, reliable, professional and excellent at co-operating throughout the process. He repainted my entire flat/walls/ceilings to a high standard (and sanded down) he also helped address a few additional repairs along the way. The finish is clean, fresh, and has completely transformed the space. He was thorough and ensured everything was completed properly and on time. I hired Dursun Altun and his team for a full refurb of 3 bed house. His business co-ordinator Ayse was helpful throughout the whole process and listened to the design requirements we had. Dursun provided full new plumbing and new boiler and all new electrical work. We had all our windows and doors replaced and are happy with the work done. His team fitted new bathroom, shower, toilet and also the kitchen. They also did some carpentry and provided shelves and doors for closets. His team decorated/painted and cleared up at the end of the job making sure it was all left clean and tidy. They did a good job and delivered on time! Dursun and Ayse made sure we were happy with the job and were lovely to work with. The job was done to a good standard and I would recommend them.

I hired Leonard Property Ltd to do some fire safety works to my HMO (as required by the Council), to include extra fire doors, safety panels, fire proofing of meter cupboard etc. They carried out the work swiftly, diligently and to a high standard and at a competitive price. They are a professional team with and good responsive communication verbally, on email, text with a great knowledge of the HMO sector (Richard having written a book on the subject). An eagerness to please and pleasure to deal with. I am already arranging for them to quote on my second property. Highly recommended.

Marsel kindly agreed to do a very small job for me of installing two parking bollards. He came on a Sunday with a friend and worked quickly, checking with me that he was putting the bollards exactly where I needed them. He even brought his own power washer to clean up even though it was an outdoor job. Very pleasant, efficient workers.
