There were several jobs in the house, including fixing a handrail, putting up a plasterboard, fitting a wardrobe etc. Vytau did an outstanding, impressive job with each single small task. He's a proper professional with multiple decades of experience in the trades, especially commercial trades for big brand names as I understand, and his attention to detail really shows. He's taken his time to make sure that each part of the house looked amazing and was patient in explaining what he was doing and why. On top of all that, he was very polite, professional and down-to-earth, honest as a person. I've dealt with quite a few tradesmen now and I feel very lucky to have met Vytau. I will contact Vytau again in the next few months to help with another job in the attic. I really cannot recommend him highly enough!

Never turned up to do the job in the first place and then gave another chance and tried asking for more money than initially agreed, did an absolute abysmal job. Rubbish left everywhere, graffiti on the walls, poor plastering finish, plaster on painted walls, forgot to plaster the overhead of a wall and left a diabolical finish. Had a bad feeling and should have trusted my gut than have hired him.

The job was split into separate parts for ease and Michael/MME took on the loft conversion piece. The conversion itself wasn't so straightforward as he was working with a previously created loft space with no building control sign off. Michael was great at every stage though, and work progressed very quickly. Attention to detail was fantastic - Michael identified ways to maximise space when quoting, and minor changes requested by me throughout the job were dealt with very efficiently. He even helped out here and there with some unrelated jobs going on in other areas of the property. I had a very specific design for the en-suite and Michael was very keen to make sure it was all done correctly. The property now has a fantastic loft space, additional bathroom, and most importantly is building control legal! I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael/MME to anyone else thinking of a loft conversion. It's very difficult picking a building company, but I felt I could trust Michael with the job from initial quote to final payment.
