I was amazed by the work Azem and his team did for us. The front of our house was in terrible condition. Pillars and window sills were cracked and disintegrating. We had major water damage and stonework I assumed would be unrepairable. Aside from the overwhelming level of quality of the work Azem and his team also work like a Formula 1 pit crew. Every morning they were early and work was carried out quickly and cleanly. I have genuinely never had such a good experience doing renovations. Cannot recommend enough.

T&S was fantastic. Though they are called T&S "Electrical" and Property Services, they are full service and handled everything from painting, electrical, plumbing, and all other major renovation services. Their work was of the highest level of quality at a fair price, especially in the Islington area. T&S was very easy to work with, with Taf always responsive when I had questions and on top of all the various projects he was doing for me. He was always keen on providing guidance and advice and could help me research an item (light fixture, electric shower device, medicine cabinet) after I told him what features I was looking for. Taf also went way above and beyond what a contractor is normally obligated to do as I was not in town much during the renovation so he kindly offered to handled some deliveries. Thank you again for all your great work! I look forward to doing future projects together.

I highly recommend these people if you want to be fleeced, taken advantage of, treated appallingly and work left unfinished. The standard of work is below average. If you want high quality finishing do not come here. I’ve had to spend a lot to redo a lot of their mistakes and mess. If Jerzy could charge you for every single nail he would, so beware. And when you challenge, they get aggressive and nasty. Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and keep away. So thanks Jerzy and co for a load of stress and rubbish. I am happy to talk to anyone and advise against these people.

Ray was an absolute professional. He fitted a new downstairs toilet which required a new soil pipe and associated groundwork as well as new stud walling to partition the space. He did most of the work himself, but brought in others for the pieces where he wanted an expert. He was flexible to small changes and was happy to take on additional work when unforeseen issues were discovered. The areas he had worked in were quickly cleaned before he left each day. Overall the work was completed to a good quality and at a reasonable price.
