Extremely professional. After replying to our post, Rafal promptly contacted us and then came and gave a quote for the job. We were happy with the competitive price and the timeframe for the job so agreed to hire him. He communicated well with us because he had to order the bath, so he kept us updated on that. Once the bath arrived Rafal completed the job in one day as promised. The work was of a very high standard. We would definitely hire this company again.

Phil's approach was first class and he offered good solutions and practical advice on the best way to complete all the work. The loft insulation in my detached property was old and poorly laid. I also had a lot of rubbish in the loft which needed removing. Jon was very professional through out the process. He gave me a competitive quote, did a video call to see the job (because of the distance) and agreed to remove old insulation and rubbish, vacuum the whole loft and replace with high quality 300mm insulation. All the workers were really polite and courteous and did a really good quality job. Would strongly recommend Jon and team.

We're happy to review Natanael’s work on, and management of, our 3-bed home renovation. This included: removing a wall, plastering, painting, kitchen installation, new bathrooms, installing wetroom, replacing piping, wiring, installing wood floors. All to a high standard; we had absolutely no cause for concern. The finish is excellent – plastering, painting, tiling and floors are immaculate. The wetroom is spectacular, with recessed tiled shelves and aesthetically perfect tiling which drains perfectly; Natanael helped us a lot to plan and design this. His experience is evident from good advice he gave and we appreciated his flexibility in accommodating our evolving plans. Natanael made sure that everything was just as we wanted, and regularly discussed progress and decisions. It is notable that Natanael worked to the budget and the timescale planned. He did this by organising and supervising his excellent team and working tirelessly. He is exceptionally hard-working. We hugely appreciated that he respected that we lived in the house at the time and cleared up daily. On a personal level we really valued having someone genuinely reliable, honest and meticulous. We hadn’t used MyBuilder before so it was a big decision to do so for such a big project. For that reason, we want to share that we had an extremely good experience, chose someone who had excellent reviews and more than lived up to it. It would be difficult to overstate how delighted we are with Natanael’s work.

I could not praise Darek enough for his standard of work, punctuality, professionalism and respect. We hired him in Jan 2018 for the complete renovation of a 4 bedroom house, garden and front patio. I am extremely happy of how my flat looks thanks to the work done by Oliver and his team! They re-built a wall between the storage room and the bathroom, set-up all the pipe works in the bathroom, tiled the walls, installed the sanitary ware, painted and completed other decoration works. Oliver is a very honest person, whom you can trust. I spent the amount of the detailed quote we had agreed on, which was essential for me since I had no more than that amount of money! He is always available to meet up and discuss as needed and he has been very supportive and flexible when the tiles provider made several delivery mistakes. Above all, he is an extremely nice human being! Thanks Oliver!
