We had a large piece of work done by Johan and his team. It was a 4m single storey rear extension with new kitchen installation, converting the old kitchen into a downstairs bathroom and utility room, plus other bits and bobs like new boiler, rear patio. We got quotes from a few builders, Home Renovations weren't the cheapest, they were actually towards the higher end. But we went and saw their previous work and spoke to some of their other clients. The work was done to a high quality and the clients seemed to be happy so we decided to go with them. Johan's team are very hard working, professional and polite. Pawel and his team of builders, bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, etc. would turn up before 8am and finish at 6pm working solidly throughout the day. There is Magda as the project manager who keeps you in the loop, and answers any of your questions (which we had many). There is Michaela on the finance side who keeps you up to date with the budget. Our budget went over by 5% with "variations" (extra work or materials) but it was always communicated why and the work wasn't done without our approval. Pawel would give his recommendations but the final word would always be ours. But these things can add up. Overall we were very happy with the build, it was done to a very high standard. They also finished it before time. They said it would take 12 weeks in fact they finished it in 10 weeks which was amazing as you would normally expect these things to go over.

Alex and his team were the best workmen we’ve had working in our house. Both jobs, a staircase and a bathroom fitting, were done quickly and to a fantastic standard with no fuss. Alex was polite and courteous, always making sure we were pleased with how it was all going. He is very keen that we were satisfied and he takes a lot of pride in what he does. Their work ethic is amazing, they really put in the hours to make sure we were happy, they did extras to make sure the bathroom looked amazing and always left the house spotless after a long day of work. We will definitely be employing Alex again. We are very happy customers!

We had an urgent project to renovate within a tight timeframe to be ready for mum’s discharge from hospital. Work done included widening doorways, breaking down load bearing wall, and fitting of new bathroom. Carl understood the importance of the work and of our requirements. From day one he made it very easy for us to entrust him with the work and made a situation that would have been very stressful less so. Communication was always great with Carl, he would always keep us well informed on the progress and what they were doing on a regular basis. This meant we could leave him to do it while we could focus on other things. Carl would help source out materials and went out of his way to go and pick up these materials so that there wasn’t delay in getting the materials delivered in time for completion. He really did go above and beyond. The deadline was brought forward to be completed sooner than anticipated, Carl was very understanding and flexible and made sure he and team put in the required hours even working at weekends to ensure the work was completed in the required timescale. We are very happy with the work and Carl is always available should there be any issues that arise after completion. Our family are grateful for all the hard work Carl and his team has put in to make this all possible. Highly recommend his services should you require someone you can trust, who is personable and follow through on his word.

If I could give 0! Surrey Hills Extend and Renovate Limited is a company which is a scammer. Thye have scammed 80 Plus people. Do not use them. Now thye have declined to start workk and the Directors are going for Voluntary Liquidation after taking away millions. MyBuilder should have vetted the company before putting on their site
