Nor a professional builder be careful before you hire this guy. I hired Piotr for the huge project to improve my newly purchased home to do full renovation inside and with full new kitchen loads including new fence his main failing points are 1.he installed modern shower but not professional way as when it leaked and had to replaced new handle with washer there was blocked so had to break the tiles, he did a easy job for himself but ruined.2 no experience of working on roof and he ruined the roof, has no knowledge of british building regulation, he failed to install properly as roof leaked within 3 months, fence as been badly installed as most of the fence post installed without spike which should have been put and it fell within 9 months, when I found out that the fence post was not even properly pushed in the ground, I trusted this guy but he take an advance from it installing fence in correct way I had to re hire the proper fencer to put it right.there is many things that I would like to point out that he rewired electricity and has not got his qualification which I had to pay extra,again the power keep going off, I found out some of his work wasn't installed in the right way so had to rehire qualified electrician, gas and boiler installation starting to became problematic and had to re-done, kitchen installation was as bad as you can think of, kitchen cupboard was not installed in the correct level, extractor was installed wrongly again had to rehire the installer..

Avoid Phil and KPM Construction (South) Ltd like the plague. My experience with Phil was beyond the worst I’ve ever experienced with a tradesperson. I’m sure Phil will respond and attempt to place blame on me. I understand from other customers and trades he uses that they will say similar to me. The job started in July last year (was meant to be finished within a few weeks) was never finished and it was only a month ago that we finally got our money back - probably one of the lucky ones. He has caused a huge amount of stress and wasted time to us. We chased him many times and he would ignore us for weeks on end, coming up with numerous excuses of why he couldn’t do the work, including blaming us. His lack of professionalism is beyond me and we had no choice but refer him to trading standards during the process. I’m just pleased we were able to find another builder which has provided some perspective in terms of how truly awful our experience with Phil was.

Plastered 2 lounge walls.He has just finished the job and we are really happy with it. He was very clean, no mess left. He was very polite. The price was very reasonable. Nice guy but incredibly slow. After I asked him to talk with roofer to agree how to move forward he refused to come back and left the job half finished. Whilst he wasnt paid in full it was a real pain! Couple of things that would be obvious to include in quote he chose not to flag before hand and wanted additional payment. E.g. window cills
