Latest review:Phil has done a great job in our house, he is very professional and has some brilliant ideas. We told Phil what we wanted and he came up with better options for us to choose from, usually cheaper than what we was going to buy but was better quality so very knowledgeable. We had new carpet and the old doors wouldn't close, Phil cut them down and can't even see where he has done this. Put new skirting and boxed in pipe work, best I've seen. We needed a built in wardrobe in one of the bedrooms in the alcove and Phil made this, we were very impressed and the child loves it. We will only ever use Phil in the future as he was very professional, polite and really good at what he does

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Alex and his team are truly hidden gems. I honestly can't say enough good things about them! He visited us 3-4 times to investigate our issues, taking time to explain his thoughts and possible solutions while teaching us all about the fundamentals of maintaining an old house. His quote was reasonable and he understood the limitations we had in terms of budget, time and listed status, and crucially it didn't change - even in the face of material shortages and price hikes. The work was completed to really high standard with minimal disruption, and I'm so impressed with how the team left the site. There aren't many who would ask for a hoover to finish clearing up a job at 6pm on a Saturday! I'm looking forwards to working with ADR in the future; I won't be trust anyone else with our wonky old house again!

He was happy to do whatever we requested and the finished project was 100% what we wanted . Some great suggestions were given and his many years in the trade show in the final result. He was a thoroughly lovely bloke with a big heart and we would unreservedly recommend him for any building project.
