Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Came out to view the job and went through a complete checklist of requirements. Made useful suggestions including improvements to planned layout of bathroom. Once work was started, Cristian was there every day to make sure the job was completed in the timescale given. He works incredibly hard and is very skilled, whether he's working on electrics, plumbing, plastering or tiling. Also never complained about carrying all materials up two flights of stairs! Very happy with the finished job.

The ceiling was replaced, a wall dried and re-plastered, and all the finishing decoration touches were applied. It was very helpful having them communicate with the insurer and loss adjuster on our behalf. From the initial meeting, through all their communications and all personnel carry out the work we found them professional and personable. They stuck to the agreed timeline, even in difficult circumstances, and we were kept fully up to date on the progress throughout.

Excellent workmanship across the board alongside being a very friendly and helpful team who are always punctual and fully committed. Ihor and his team have helped build our very large gymnasium (12,000SqFt) and completed all building works for this project. X2 (Male and Female) large brand new changing rooms, showers, vanity areas, saunas and toilets (full build and decoration; full tiling, partitions, suspended ceiling, decorating), X1 large studio; new windows and fire exit door installation, X1 spin studio (structural changes; new steel and floor inserted), X1 office and a large gym hall space (plastering, decorating) comprising of a custom reception area. I’m addition to the feedback I’ve already given, I can honestly say that Ihor and his team (Vlad, Vasili, Ross, Nikola and Michael, plus many more) are extremely hard working, honest in their opinions surrounding any of the works needed (materials, costs, etc) and have been a pleasure to work with. Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Ivane and the team did a great job renovating our office room (plastering, electrics, plumbing, hanging a door, building a stud wall)! I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be getting them back for further work in the house. Ivane is very knowledgeable and offers expert advice along the way, which makes the process a lot easier. The work was done to a very high standard and they were extremely efficient. They were also very clean and tidy which often isn’t the case when you get builders in. If you want a builder who’s going to go the extra mile then I would definitely go for Ideco!

They are always on time, very polite and with a great attention to detail in everything they do. They are very flexible to adapt to your requests and always a find a way to resolve any challenge they find on the way. Viktor is extremely knowledgeable and is able to deliver with great quality in every area. Through the refurbishment they always kept us up to date with the progress. We were let down by a plasterer for a different job and Viktor and his team were able to take over and resolve this quickly with an outstanding quality of work. We are currently waiting for the quote for the rear house extension and we really look forward to continue working with them with all the other refurbishment tasks we plan to do in our house. Refurbishment of rooms, bathroom, garden, kitchen, fence, laying of new wood floor, painting, plastering, re-plumbing, etc. Zaza and his team are always on time, work tirelessly, and are very polite. I praise Zaza and his team for a job well done. I am very pleased with the work they did for me and i will definitely re-hire N & SH for future building works.
