Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-viktor's price was reasonable, in line with two other quotes but he was available quickly and i didn't want to wait a month. He turned up on schedule, replaced the flat roof as agreed, left the flat and the whole area extremely clean. the job looks perfect - very nicely finished and obviously it doesn't leak anymore = fantastic. delighted.

Excellent workmanship across the board alongside being a very friendly and helpful team who are always punctual and fully committed. Ihor and his team have helped build our very large gymnasium (12,000SqFt) and completed all building works for this project. X2 (Male and Female) large brand new changing rooms, showers, vanity areas, saunas and toilets (full build and decoration; full tiling, partitions, suspended ceiling, decorating), X1 large studio; new windows and fire exit door installation, X1 spin studio (structural changes; new steel and floor inserted), X1 office and a large gym hall space (plastering, decorating) comprising of a custom reception area. I’m addition to the feedback I’ve already given, I can honestly say that Ihor and his team (Vlad, Vasili, Ross, Nikola and Michael, plus many more) are extremely hard working, honest in their opinions surrounding any of the works needed (materials, costs, etc) and have been a pleasure to work with. Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Ivane and the team did a great job renovating our office room (plastering, electrics, plumbing, hanging a door, building a stud wall)! I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be getting them back for further work in the house. Ivane is very knowledgeable and offers expert advice along the way, which makes the process a lot easier. The work was done to a very high standard and they were extremely efficient. They were also very clean and tidy which often isn’t the case when you get builders in. If you want a builder who’s going to go the extra mile then I would definitely go for Ideco!

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-The team from Demarc did an excellent job on our bedroom which had water damage from a leak above. The ceiling was replaced, a wall dried and re-plastered, and all the finishing decoration touches were applied. It was very helpful having them communicate with the insurer and loss adjuster on our behalf. From the initial meeting, through all their communications and all personnel carry out the work we found them professional and personable. They stuck to the agreed timeline, even in difficult circumstances, and we were kept fully up to date on the progress throughout.
Just the best 👌 👍! I wish all builders and trades people were this honest and easy to work with. On time every day, worked non stop to get the job done and excellent quality work. I would 100% use this company again. Thanks very much guys, appreciate the hard work.

Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-Luis was the worst tradesmen for this job. He claimed competency for the plumbing job he was paid to do - not only did he make the situation worse, he also refused to take responsibility for his wrongdoings. He has inconvenienced the client who will not have running hot water until another tradesperson rectifies the issue. Another unnecessary expense.
