The work was to repoint a double fronted 2-storey property in Ponteland. Miki has been communicative throughout, making sure I’m fully aware of all that is happening. There has been some additional complexity (not his fault but quality of wall) and he has explained the issues with videos of the areas (up above 2nd floor) & come up with a solution to resolve. Miki turned up on time each day, keeping me updated as to when he would be onsite (even on a Sunday!) and the team has worked long into the evening (well after 5pm). I’ve been impressed with the quality of workmanship too & would throughly recommend, I will use him again in future!
