He is reliable (turned up exactly when he said he would even though the job was booked in months in advance). Quality of the workmanship was excellent. The job was completed in the timescale given and for the price quoted and he did extra bits for us as well. Our property was left clean and tidy and the scaffolding was removed quickly after the job. Everything is priced so there is not guesstimating work.

SGM Builders ( Stephen Milburn)were great, morning after first Telephone contact called to assessment work late afternoon teleconference quoting cost which was acceptable and arranged for work in four days. Promptly arrived on date stated and work carried out to my complete satisfaction. No mess left, no fuss, and no disturbance.
