Is this how new shower sealant is supposed to look?
Anonymous user 01/03/2024 - 2.48 PM
I've just hired someone through this site to put new sealant into the shower cubicle to replace the old mouldy sealant that was there. It looks very messy and I wonder if I could have done a neater job myself. Is this usual standard of work? Pictures available at my yahoo images account (please cut and paste following link) http://www.flickr.com/photos/13959622@N00/ Thank you very much

No its not supposed to look like that! A professional would not/should not have done work like that.

Hi ferry22
I'm sorry to say but I think a child could have done better, that is NOT how silicone is supposed to look. I hope you didn't pay for that.
Kind regards
Mat
