Is it possible to have a small wc and a wash in a room sized approximately 120CM * 70CM ?

Hi, I am buying a house which does not have a clockroom in ground floor. In the entrance porch there is space of 120CM * 70CM . Is it possible to have a small wc and a wash in a room sized approximately 120CM * 70CM ? Jay

It could be possible the average lenght of a toilet is about 650mm so dont forget you have to sit on it as well... as for sink might be a bit tight

It may well be possible to achieve this but will be fairly expensive due to the nature of the equipment to be installed will definately require looking at very carefully to see if enough room for the wc, sink and saniflow for the waste
