DIY absolute beginner | Paint suggestions

I have a wall to repaint after removing felt lining that was glued on it by previous flat owners. It’s the inner wall of a fitted wardrobe, so not getting too much airflow through although it’s not mouldy, damp or anything. I just want to make sure that I use the right paint to prevent mould just in case. Any suggestions based on your experience? Can I just paint over the wall or do I need any primers?

My recommendation: If the wall is in good condition, you probably don't need a primer. Apply two coats of mould-resistant paint, following the manufacturer's instructions.
If possible, leave a small gap for airflow inside the wardrobe to help prevent mould from developing.
