Freezer

Hi, Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your fridge freezer. If the light has stopped working, it doesn't necessarily mean the fridge freezer has broken down. It could simply be the bulb. However, if the fridge is also not cooling properly, there may be an electrical or appliance fault. First, check whether the appliance is switched on and receiving power. If possible, ask someone you trust to help you check safely. If the fridge is running but not getting cold, I would recommend having an appliance repair engineer inspect it before spending money on a replacement.
