Concrete poured next to foundation as porch floor

What is the recommended thickness for the concrete slab which would be placed next to house foundation? Any advices please. Thanks

Good afternoon If your only doing a porch floor with no insulation 4 to 5 inches thick will be perfect you can over speck and do 6-8
