Toilet in detached garage

Hi, im wondering if it would be possible and what would be the easiest / cheapest way to do this. I need to put a toilet in my detached garage. The bathroom (upstairs in the house) is on the same side as the garage, is there a way to do this cheaply without having to dig anything up?

You can use a macerator to install a toilet and other sanitary fittings in awkward places to get proper mains drainage, personally wouldn’t recommended it as they aren’t pleasant to repair or replace when they eventually fail.
