Cold deck roof ventilation

We have a cold deck roof installed but there is no ventilation in the void. How would we go about installing ventilation. The roof install has already been constructed and the front is completely blocked off. Some assistance on this is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
If you don’t have access to the soffit, you can install mushroom flat roof vents.
