Water pressure and heating

When the shower and taps are running at the same time the pressure and temperature drops, does anyone know how to fix this so that both can be used at the same time.

It would depend on the system you have in place if it is a gravity heating system feed from a tank and cold storage you can add booster pumps to raise the available pressure.
If it is a pressurised system/combi boiler then you would have to check the flow rates and btu power that the boiler is capable of supplying as you may be at the limit of its ability and require a bigger boiler to accommodate the extra.
There are a few other options possible to remedy the situation but they would be heavily dependent on what system you have in place
