Removing structure and replacing

I need to remove the existing ground floor lean-to at the back of the house and would like to replace it with a similar structure, to be used as a utility room. What type of contractor should I be contacting?

Depends what the structure is if conservatory/orangery then them guys.
If it is brick block etc most general builders will get the job done.
If timber frame get onto a local chippy.
