Hi Emmanuel, For a rental property, I would normally recommend a practical combination rather than using the same flooring throughout. Carpet is usually a good choice for the bedrooms and stairs because it is warmer, quieter and more comfortable. For the living room, hallway and other high-traffic areas, laminate or a good quality vinyl/LVT flooring is often better because it is easier to clean and generally more durable for a rental property.
