combi in a 3 storey house? need advice on pros and cons of this and best brand to use

Looking to replace the boiler in the house we"ve just bought,at the mo it"s got a (corroded) Ideal boiler and tank system.it"s a 3 storey home with ensuite on the top floor, had a combi at the last house. need advice on pros and cons of this and best brand to use

Rule of thumb; if you want plenty of hot water then go for a 'System Boiler' complete with an unvented cylinder suitably sized to meet your hot water demands, if not then a Combi boiler will do just fine. But ask a local GAS SAFE engineer to carry out a site survey, most will do this free of charge.
