3 Pin Bayonet light bulb fittings....

We have 3 x BULB CEILING fittments that are BAYONET fittings. NOT the usual 2 PINs for a UK Bayonet BUT 3 Pins. Yet, we can't EASILY AFFORD the 3Pin bulbs as they are Far & Few between also being at the top end of the COSTs. SO..... What is the best, Cheapest option to follow?

Dependent on what type of light fittings they are one way to sort this would be to replace the light fitting with ones that take widely available lamps (bulbs).
If they are basic white plastic pendants could just change the lampholder part as long as the rest of the fitting is I good condition.
If it is a decorative light fitting it would likely be difficult and labour intensive to source suitable replacement lamp holder parts and install.
