Fit 1.5" siphon to cistern with 2" hole

My old siphon has a 2" outlet. However, I cannot find a new siphon with a 2" outlet. Does anyone know where to buy a one? If 2" siphons are no longer available, how to fit a new siphon with an 1.5" outlet with the old cistern with a 2" hole? Thanks!

There are universal ones on the market, but I do know Opella do a 2" syphon, they are available at most plumbers merchants, I could one recently from e-bay which is always a god place to look. Good luck MarioThePlumberfromHorning.
