Threshold between wood and tile

We've got flooring laid by two different people and none fit any trim. Now we have a gap between wood and tile, at the same level but about 1-5mm apart, varying along its length. The join is quite long, at about 3.4m in length. The wood is engineered glued down on concrete screed, with underfloor heating. What can I use between these two surfaces? I want something minimalistic, not a threshold bigger than 10-12mm. Could silicone-based fillers work? Or where could we get a trim that is very narrow? Length doesn't matter as we can join them up. Ta

you can keep this very minimal, and given that the engineered timber is glued down over screed with underfloor heating,
I would not automatically put a conventional threshold over it.
If you want a physical trim, profiles.
They offer narrow versions—for example, a T-profile intended for transitions between two floor surfaces. T Bar Stainless Steel

Under no circumstances use anything other than adhesive to stick it down. Ive seen what happens when someone puts a nail through the underfloor heating pipes.
