Once a sole trader issues a formal quote or contract to a homeowner, must they legally include a physical trading address on that document.

Yes — generally, if a sole trader is contracting with a homeowner/consumer, the trader should provide a geographical/business address, not just a phone number or email.

I’m not sure of the legality but I would much rather see a business address email and phone no on any quotation
