Herringbone Flooring

For a hallway and living room, I would personally recommend glue down LVT herringbone if your priority is quality and longevity. It is very durable, easy to maintain, moisture resistant and gives a more solid, premium finish. Click LVT is a good alternative if you want to keep installation costs lower, while herringbone laminate is the most budget friendly but generally not as moisture resistant or long lasting as good quality LVT. The main additional cost with glue down LVT is the preparation of the subfloor and the more labour intensive installation, but in my opinion it is worth the extra cost for a good quality finish.
