Salts in new plasterwork

I have treated salts in my party wall as per instructions found on YT etc. But they are coming through even worse than before. Where have I gone wrong? I applied salts treatment, then Zinnster stain stop, then painted with kitchen paint which is now peeling off. History of house is. I bought it 2022 and had a full DPC course and t was replastered downstairs. Also had a suspended wooden floor put in living room with MDF skirting. Its the party wall worse effected with next doors house being empty and damp. Any solutions ?

You have not stopped the source of the water ingress, most modern damp proof cource are designed to cover up and seal in the issue rather than finding the source and solving it. Good luck alex
