Loose tiles behind bath taps causing leak

Hi, sadly it sounds like the damage will be quite extensive if your getting water in the room below, it suggests it' s been an ongoing issue without you noticing. If its an older bathroom its more likely water was getting past the sealant absorbing into the plaster behind the tiles causing them to become loose. If you have insurance it might be worth getting in touch with them and they will be able to advise you. But you will need to get a tradesmen to provide a detailed estimate for the repairs. Don't be on here trying for a cheap way out just call a local builder or 2 get a proper quote
