There is an issue with the connection to the internet. This could be as simple as a cable to the router, powerline plug or switch is removed or it could be more complex. Has there been a change of broadband or router etc at the property recently or other outage which may have affected this connection? Check The cabling to and from the recorder and associated data infrastructure initially.
