If its plastic you need to step the glass take plastic off on the inside next to glass using a wide scraper the glass will be sat on packers you take the bottom plastic packer out off the end furthest from the hinge then you lift the door off the glass above it then pack the top packer close doors untill your 2 doors marry replace seals and then use the hinges to do final adjustments its very likely it has happened due to the heat on the glass to adjust the hinges you either take the cover off the hinge mechanism or there is adjustment top and bottom of each hinge which requires an allan key hope this helps

Depending of if they are timber internal doors or UPVC external doors there are different solutions. For timber internal doors check the top and hinge side gaps, if the hinge side gap is bigger at the top check to see if the hinge screws are loose. If the gap is bigger at the top but the screws aren't loose you can use intumescent pads to pack out the bottom hinge and even put the gap. Be careful not to go too far as thos will reduce the meeting between the doors and they may still not close still. For UPVC doors check for adjustable on the hinges, if they doesn't solve it the glazing bead trims will need to be removed and the packers will need to be adjusted to raise the leading edge of the door back up.

if this is an wooden door most common is loose screws in the hinge , sometimes you have to squeeze in small part of wood in to the existing hole to screw in back screw but in many cases this have to be done by professional to do it properly ;) if this is and upvc then there is adjustment on the hinge you can adjust , but in some cases you have to replace that old hinge for new ;)
