Adjoining Garage Removal
Anonymous user 11/09/2026 - 9.44 AM
We’ve got a detached garage that is at the end of its serviceable life and we’d like to have it removed. It’s made of concrete panels and has an asbestos roof. It’s adjoining our neighbour’s garage - they’ve had their roof replaced so the roofs aren’t connected. Just wondering if we need to have a party wall agreement to have the garage removed. Thanks.

I’d just speak with the neighbour just be on safe side but legally will be fine if not disturbing the neighbours property
