Crack above window in non standard construction possibly wimpey no fines home

Hi I have made an offer on a house and noticed this crack above the downstairs window. Is this easily remedied. Thanks

Very hard to say without seeing it. Most hairline cracks are minor especially around windows. If it’s bigger than a hairline crack I’d get it checked out.
